I believe therapy should be as accessible as possible. A limited number of sliding scale appointments are available for clients who may benefit from a reduced fee. Sliding scale rates are based on financial need and current availability.
If the cost of therapy feels like a barrier, I encourage you to reach out. We can discuss whether a reduced-fee appointment may be a good fit. If I don't have sliding scale availability, I'm also happy to help connect you with other affordable therapy resources when possible.

Come Sit on the Couch
My approach is person-centered, collaborative, trauma-informed, and holistic. At the heart of my work is creating a space where you can come as you are-no perfect words, no need to have it all figured out, and definitely no judgment.
Think of therapy as a place to come sit on the couch, spill the tea, unpack what's been weighing on you, and figure out what you actually need. We can laugh, cry, get curious, sit in the uncomfortable stuff, and celebrate the wins along the way.
I draw from approaches including CBT, DBT, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), while also incorporating somatic and body-based practices. I don't believe therapy should be one-size-fits-all, so I flexibly integrate different approaches based on who you are, what you're experiencing, and what feels most helpful.
My goal is to provide a supportive and authentic space where you can feel genuinely seen and understood while developing insight, building practical tools, and creating meaningful change. You don't have to show up as the "best version" of yourself here. You just have to show up.
